Your first appointment is a 90-minute psychiatric evaluation. It provides time to review your history, explore current concerns, discuss your goals, and create a clear plan for moving forward. Visits are intentionally paced to feel calm and thorough.

Yes. Many follow-up appointments can be completed virtually when clinically appropriate, making it easier to stay connected to care while keeping support consistent.

Right Health currently accepts the insurance plans listed on the schedule page. If you have a different plan, self-pay may still be an option, and a superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

After the initial evaluation, follow-up visits are usually scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks. These shorter appointments focus on monitoring progress, making treatment adjustments when needed, and maintaining steady support over time.
